HOUSEHOLDS & BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTIONS
The subscriptions enable households or local businesses to subscribe to a program where materials for recycling are picked up weekly or bi-weekly. We then transport the materials to our processing facility.
Buy Food With Plastic is an organization in Nicaragua tackling plastic pollution and economic development by implementing a community recycling program.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, EDUCATION & JOB CREATION
Creating jobs by hiring Community Champions to collect recyclable materials. They also visit schools and host workshops that educate students about the environment and the importance of recycling. Thirdly, they encourage community engagement by providing a meal for one community every month.

LIBRARY SERVICES
Brings books to young learners and their families. Programs are designed to teach literacy skills, inspire critical thinking, and foster a joy of reading and lifelong learning.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of adolescents as they strive to reach their goals while creating positive change in their communities.
YOUTH PROGRAM
The Youth Education Program offers twice-weekly English language, computer courses, and taekwondo. This program creates a path for the more advanced INATEC courses.
Community development offering quality, affordable vocational training to youths and adults, along with opportunities to participate in organized athletic and recreational activities.
INATEC
The INATEC Programs are part of a government program certifying technical and educational courses, supporting graduates with their job application process.
UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
The University Scholarship Program provides a stipend to help cover the cost of school fees, materials, and transportation.
OPEN COURSES
The vocational courses help locals gain knowledge and skills in careers that are stable and in high demand through a hands-on learning/teaching hands-on model.
SPORTS TEAMS & FITNESS CENTER
They have a variety of team sports programs for girls and boys of all ages! Sports include Taekwondo, Basketball, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Soccer, and Men’s Baseball.
FunLimón was established in 2008 by the Mark and Kathryn Ford Family Foundation as a non-profit based in El Limón #1, Nicaragua. Through youth and adult education, fitness and sports programs, and local outreach initiatives, they strive to support life-long learning, community engagement, and healthy lifestyles.

ESTABLISH A DENTAL OPERATORY
Partnering with Roberto Clemente Clinic, this will be staffed 2-3 days per week by licensed dentists from Rivas, providing essential basic dental services (exams, cleanings, extractions).

VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS
The Roberto Clemente Clinic hosts hundreds of volunteers to provide medical care for at-risk children. Activities range from taking vital signs and helping with patient intake to providing emergency care and performing minor surgeries.
Providing 24/7 free and affordable healthcare, supplies, the only emergency SUV vehicle in the area, and innovative wellness programs in the Southwest coastal communities of Nicaragua.
THE PADRINO PROGRAM
Transform lives by connecting sponsors with students in need, providing essential school supplies, uniforms, and healthcare. Sponsors help children access education, health services, and the resources they need to thrive.
CLEAN WATER INITIATIVE
The Clean Water Initiative is a water treatment plant that supports 8 schools and 3 health centers. Local communities can refill their 5-gallon bottles for half the price of a commercial bottle at the store.
